Balochistan: Military abduct nine civilians

As per reports, on 16 November 2017, a Government employee of Balochistan Levies force, Sabir Fazal Karem resident of Jahyin Paroom district Panjgur was abducted by Islamist group, nationalist call the death squad of military.

Balochistan Levies is a police force comprised of local people.

As per local sources, he was on duty in Levies check point, when he was abducted by Jaish al-Adl, a Sunni islamic radical group based in Irani Balochistan. Locals say the group was accompanied by Frontier Corps, the paramilitary force in Balochistan.

On 17 November 2017, three other civilians were abducted from Khairabad, district Kech during the house to house search operation.

They are identified as, Salim Abbas, Younis Haji Rahim, residents of Khairabad and Naim Wali Muhammad, resident of Hothabad.

Forces looted all the valuables of their homes, including one car and a motorbike.

Hasil Rahim Jan

On 16 November 2017, a local driver, Hasil Rahim Jan, resident of Alandoor, Buleda district Kech was abducted by intelligence agencies from Turbat main bazar district Kech, in broad day light and front of many people.

From the Sur area of district Gwadar Balochistan, on 16 November 2017, security forces and intelligence agencies abducted Ibrahim Hasil and Raja Wajdad, residents of Jattani Bazar of Dasht district Kech, Balochistan.

As per one another report, from the same area of Sur district Gwadar, security forces and intelligence agencies abducted Jahangir Asil and Fahim Ghulam, residents of Jattani Bazar, Dasht district Kech, Balochistan, on 14 November 2017.

All the abductees are shifted to unknown locations and their whereabouts still remain unknown to their families.
