11 years old Ulfat missing since October, eyewitness say

Eleven years old Ulfat Altaf is a resident of Gwarjakk village of Mashkay, district Awaran Balochistan.

His house in Gwarjakk was raided on 21 April 2015 and his four uncles, Basit, Aftab, Ijaz and Shah Nawaz were abducted by security forces. Three out of four were wedded only three days back. Their dead bodies were handed over to local police after a couple of hours. Frontier Corps said they were killed during a battle.

After the incident, Ulfat’s mother took her children and shifted to Karachi. Ulfat is a student of grade 5 in Model School Gulshan-e-Hadid Karachi, the capital city of Sindh.

On 28th of October 2017, Sind rangers and personnel of intelligence agencies of Pakistan raided a house at Gulshan-e-Hadeed Colony, Phase 1 at Double Road Street in Karachi and took Mr. Ulfat along with three of his cousins, Abid, Sajjad and Farhad.

Ms. Farah, the widow of Shah Nawaz was in the same apartment at the time of incident. She says the forces thrown her down from the third floor of the building.
